We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened products.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
All free gifts, samples, or promotional items received with your order must also be returned.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (for example, damaged, defective, or incorrect products).
